I'm happy to offer competitive rates for furnished room rentals. The same rooms you can view below through Airbnb are available for mid- and long-term rentals. I am very happy to offer flexible renting options to help accommodate my guests needs! Please note the following:

  • Lease agreements will be required for any non-Airbnb guests
  • If you have not stayed with me before, I will require previous landlord references and background checks at my discretion.

For those of you not familiar with the layout of the Mayo - Rochester campuses,  There are two to be aware of:

  • Methodist Campus (201 W. Center St)
    • Walking distance is 1.2 miles from the Methodist Campus. You can take a paved walking/bike path half the way there! Walking generally takes 25 minutes.
    • Biking is only 7-10 minutes (Economically priced rentals for guests available for your convenience) 
    • Bus routes generally take 15-30 minutes from pick-up to drop-off (check bus run-times)
  • Saint Mary's Campus (1216 Second St. SW)
    • If you don't plan on driving, Biking is the best way to cover the 2 mile distance from the home to Saint Mary's campus. 
      • It is possible to take connecting public bus routes to Saint Mary's campus or take an intercampus shuttle from the Methodist campus, but this is not a very time-efficient option.

The public buses pick up at two different locations within a 2-5 minute walking distance from the home, making it a convenient transportation option to key parts of the city!

There are a total of three rooms in the home. There are two upper rooms that share a bathroom and one lower room with a private bathroom. I limit each room to one guest to ensure that the home stays lively, but not crowded! 

 Although I have a great fondness for animals, I currently do not permit pets to ensure the comfort of guests with allergies during their stay.
